About Our Shipping
Luca Lorento is a Netherlands-based company. To keep our prices competitive and our range broad, we work with trusted logistics partners in Asia who handle warehousing and dispatch on our behalf. Orders are shipped directly from these fulfillment centers to your address in the United States.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all US orders.
Delivery Time
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) United States delivery: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Because items ship from our international fulfillment partners, delivery takes longer than a domestic-only retailer. The estimated transit time above already accounts for this.
Shipping Destinations
Luca Lorento currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International orders are not supported at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update, as shipments pass through multiple carriers between our fulfillment partner and the final US carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier handovers, or weather conditions.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes or refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Luca Lorento is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will also do our best to assist where possible.
